I recently saw postings for both Bain and BCG doing FT hiring, I was wondering if those processes were already wrapped up or about to kick off?

Depends on which cycle. For class of 2022 cycle, BCG did a just-in-time hiring for select offices and invites to interviews just came out. For class of 2023, they are not live just yet but will be soon I believe.
BCG just finished up interviews for most target schools yesterday (interview dates were in April/may).
Seems like they reached out to ppl they wanted to interview, not rlly taking more apps from what I understood
