MBB implementation vs Tier 2 generalist

Curious what your perspective would be if choosing between an MBB implementation role and a tier 2 (ATK, OW, LEK, Etc) generalist strategy role. Assuming the other criteria (pay, location) are equivalent. Post MBA industry hire.
