There really aren't drastic differences until you make partner. You should be focusing on location/fit if you already have the offers - not what you will be earning as a partner.
I'm at one of MBB and can tell you those numbers look a little low, but not too far off the mark. Bonuses at all levels should be a bit higher then indicate here in normal years.
FYI: CTL at Bain is not equivalent to EM or PL at McK and BCG, respectively. Its an intermediate step on the way to Manager (which is the equivalent of an EM or PL).
^ Is an excellent source, they're compiled from people whom supposedly got offers. The UG numbers are spot on, so I would assume post-MBA is fairly reliable as well.
^Very accurate. Differences mostly due to 401k comp and relocation bonus. Go with the firm you like the most, MBBs pay very similarly in entry to mid level. And if you are that worried about comp, then go banking or PE.
Very helpful! I didn't know Bain had a Senior Manager position and always thought Manager corresponded roughly with AP and P. So Bainees spend roughly 1-2 years as CTL before becoming Managers?
Actually, Bain doesn't have a senior manager position officially, but it usually takes ~5 years for a manager to become partner. They get raises each year, and so there is a huge variance between what a newly promoted manager makes and a on the cusp of partner manager. Huge.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure all the CTL/Manager/Partner stuff is far in the future for you. You shouldn't let it affect your decision at all.

Glassdoor is never a reputable source fyi
Totally agree with PIE, if you were to follow glassdoor, Blackstone, KKR, Bain Capital all pay less than consulting.
Interesting, I didn't know Glassdoor was so unreliable. Is there a better source for salaries then?
first get the offers then think about $

EDIT: LOL, beat me to it by 6 minutes.
This is partly second hand, but my understanding is that these are the promotion points at MBB (assuming the fastest possible promotions):
Mck Associate Principle = 5th year out of b-school BCG Principle = 5th year out of b-school Bain Senior Manager = 5th year out of b-school
McK Engagement Manager = 3rd year out of b-school BCG Project Leader = 3rd year out of b-school Bain Manager = 3rd year out of b-school
Bain CTL = 2nd year out of b-school No Mck or BCG equivalent title
Beyond these your into the various levels of Partnership and the models are quite different. Hope this is helpful.
