MBB/T2 Milan

Was just wondering if anyone working in consulting in Milan could share a bit of info on culture at their firms. More specifically, I am curious about:

1. WLB: What are your typical hours? Do you have protected nights? What are you able to do during the week outside of work? Are weekends protected?

2. Travel: How much travel is there? And is it mainly national/continental, or are there opportunities globally as well?

3. Perks: How do the free dinners and taxis work? What timings do they kick in? And are they applicable only from the office or from client site as well?

Thanks in advance to anyone who responds and shares valuable info!
