Mckinsey Business Analyst 2025
Just wondering if anyone has gotten a response for their applications for business analyst at Mckinsey for the 2025 business analyst full time role. I've applied a couple days ago now.

Does the London office consider IB analysts with less than 1 year of experience for the BA position?
Yes, anyone below 2 YOE is considered for the BA role (which in recent years includes plenty of first and second year IB analysts moving over). If you have more than 2 YOE, you'd usually be a Junior Associate (a role that doesn't exist for people who started out of undergrad and is roughly comparable to a second year BA)
