I've been contacted by McKinsey about a potential position in their operations team, I would be joining the Operations Excellence Program, which is 2 years long, taking into consideration that Ops is one of the most interesting things to me should I start the recruitment process?. I'm currently at BCG, but I think will enjoy much more McKinsey Ops kind of work.
Also 1) is the recruitment process for the OEM the same as that for generalists? and 2) What is OEM all about?
