OP - I would provide more information, to help contextualize your situation. Overall, you should pick whichever firm and office you feel more at home with. If that doesn't narrow anything down, think about firm- and office-specific nuances, such as firm structure (which includes but goes beyond staffing model), rotations/programs offered, mix of industries/practices in each SF office, compensation, and speed of progression.
