Does anyone have salary information for Senior Implementation Coaches at McKinsey? I would really appreciate it if someone could provide data on base + signing bonus + annual bonus + anything else that would go into total compensation. Glassdoor does not have any information about it.
Other info that may or may not be helpful: I am a recent MBA graduate, I live in North America, the role I am considering is in McKinsey's (relatively) new implementation practice. I would be focusing on operations.

I don't know for sure but my guess would be equal comp to an Associate (post-MBA entry)

Hi,
I was recently offered a role as McKinsey Implementation Coach (within Sales & Marketing Practice). I have around 4.5 years experience and an MBA from INSEAD. I understand that there have been some changes in the implementation track, with more alignment between this track and the generalist track.
Given this, I need help with the following two points:
