McKinsey is as good as it gets.
Exact answer would depend on the role. I would say a financial modeling/consulting profile at Deloitte may be more valuable/prized than a research kind of profile at McKinsey knoweldge centre, for example. However, roles offered being similar McKinsey would definitely be a much more stronger brand name.
and vs Bain and BCG?
mckinsey > bain/bcg > deloitte
note, mckinsey/bcg/bain (aka MBB or M/B/B) are in the same league, whereas deloitte is in a lower tier.
