Michigan CS vs Berkeley IEOR vs UCLA CS
Hello,
I'm a new user on this site but I've been lurking for a while. I'm facing a challenging decision and was hoping to use some of the professional perspectives of other users to help me in my quandary.
I'm currently a high school senior who has been accepted to Berkeley for Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and Michigan/UCLA for CS. Although I have not ruled out a career in tech, I have interests in business and might want to pursue a career in consulting/finance/business analytics. All of these options are out of state so cost is not a deciding factor. I have visited all three campuses and surprisingly found them all enjoyable despite being vastly different; I am from the Midwest so Michigan seemed more familiar, but the other two might be better in terms of exposing me to a different geographic region. It might be worth noting I'd like to end up working on the east coast.
I'm wondering how you guys feel my options stack up. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
