Monitor Group - interview with partners - ASAP

Hello, Anyone has tips on partner interview with Monitor? I have completed the 1st round of interviews (1 behavioural, 2 cases) all over the phone/skype. I am at the 2nd round of interviews and it is set to be 1 hour with each partner - again over skype. Any experience/advise to share? Thanks!!
