More laid back industries
Are there any industries in the corporate strat world which tend to be more laid back or work normal (50'ish hours) work weeks?

I have a few friends who went from consulting to strategy at insurance firms.... Seem to work about 40 hours a week, and get a ton of money.
In general, the less sexy and more mature the industry, the better the work/life balance.

Having trouble wrapping my mind around why you wouldn't want to work a lot in strat - it's an interesting role. I second looking for a mature industry or one where you can be a complete fucking dumbass and still see growth (technology, maybe M&E, etc.).
