Moving from BB IB to Consulting
Just started my IB BB analyst stint and have been absolutely worked to the ground. People are toxic, and while it’s a top group, I’m struggling to see myself in this sector and team long term.
Anything under 80h/week would be paradise at this point. Am looking to pivot into consulting to be more of a generalist, but haven’t done any cases in my life. If i start applying now and grinding out cases, is there hope?
