Navigant life sciences consulting

Hello. How is Navigant as a consulting firm for life sciences? Would it be considered mid tier or below that? I like that they hire ppl based on their expertise and experience in the field. I have a solid science background and considerig applying there. Any input on the firm culture etc would be appreciated as well!

From what I understand, yes, Navigant is a mid-tier consulting shop. I know some pretty good people who have worked there in HCLS and, although I don't have great details, they were all pretty smart folks who seemed to like it. Hours are reasonable and people are supposed to be pretty nice / laid back. Granted this is a sample size of like 3 people so take it with a grain of salt.... but I severely doubt you'd face the intense nature larger firms wear as a badge of honor.

Thanks for your input! Do you have any idea what their interviewing process is like (for consultant or senior consultant positions)? I have very little experience with cases.
