Need Advice- Oliver Wyman

Hi

I want to get into consulting and have be applying to various firms. I have completed my undergraduate degree + Masters. i recently applied to Oliver Wyman and was wondering, how long do they take to get back to you in regards to moving forward with the recruitment process?

Do any of the firms, set interviews and hire candidates in December? Also, can anyone advice, what is the recruitment process at Oliver Wyman? I heard that sometimes u have to do an online test, then a fit interview followed by 2-3 case interviews. Thanks

This might change w.r.t. offices, but if they're interested in your application they usually get back in the next week and send you an invite for an online numerical test. Once you pass that it takes 5-10 days to get an interview invitation. Past this point I cannot help you.

Thanks. I applied last friday. Was wondering if they do still recruit in December, or would i have to wait until Jan. Will wait and see what happens this week.

Hi - can shed light onto this as i've been through their recruitment process (all the way to final round!).

  • Math test pre interview - its HARD so prepare.

  • Round 1: one case interview, one CV

  • Round 2: 3 CV interviews, 1 panel case, 1 case

OW is known for giving brain teasers so prep for those (they have examples on their website)
