Negotiate Signing Bonus?
In my 4th and final year of undergrad and received a full-time consulting offer from a big 4 firm. There is nothing regarding a signing bonus on the offer, so I am wondering if it is appropriate to negotiate for one or not. It is my only offer, so I am not looking to use it as leverage, per se. I am just wondering if it's seen as snobby, or a bad first step with a company I hope to be with for a long time.
They're largely standardized offers. Ask yourself if them rescinding the offer is worth the additional money you expect to bargain. Answer should be no.
Appreciate the insight - thank you!
Is there a relocation package?
Offer doesn't mention it, so I assume not.
Not out of line to ask about help with relocation. I think that's perfectly fine. My offer doesn't explicitly mention it but was told it is offered.
This seems unusual for big 4...
