OC&C Interview

Hi Monkeys.

I have an upcoming two-part online test at OC&C.

Part 1 - OC&C Case study test - These questions are designed to test your quantitative, commercial and teamwork skills. 20 minutes.

Part 2 - SHL Numerical reasonint test 45m and Verbal reasoning test 45m.

Has anybody completed the 20min OC&C Online Case Study? What kind of stuff do they ask and how should I prepare?

I can do my own research into the SHL tests since they are fairly common - but any advice/suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time and help.

The online case study is multiple choice and requires you to answer 14 questions (if memory serves me correctly) in 20 mins. Time is tight.

It's a mixture of quantitative data analysis and qualitative judgement questions. For example, you will need to perform specific calculations from 3 pages of data (I struggled with one of these because I was asked to calculate for a technical term that I was unfamiliar with and was not defined for me; I felt that this was a bit unfair). 2 or 3 of these questions have loads of steps so the real challenge is being accurate.

The qualitative questions are far simpler IMO e.g.: "of the 4 options for what you could do in scenario x which is the 'best' or 'worst'"?

You can't really prepare for it - it's nothing like a real case study.
