Outside Hires vs Summer Hires
I was wondering if there was a standard number of hires that top consulting firms make (let's say MBB + Deloitte + Strategy&... Not sure if I'm missing anyone here) from outsider their summer interns. I know the banking industry a bit better and I know there's a pretty sizeable chunk that come from other firms, but wasn't sure about management consulting. Anyone know?
Basically looking for percentage of first years that come from their own past summer intern class.
