I recently passed the Capital One Power Day and was informed that I will be moving into the team matching process next week. I'm curious about how long the team matching usually takes and the typical timeline from team matching to receiving an offer. This is regarding a senior business analyst position.

We also did a quick mock coffee chat, during which he gave me detailed and constructive feedback on the types of questions I could ask, how to follow up on responses, and how to explore topics in greater depth. “Matt was great-- he provided lots of good feedback on my resume and clarified some confusions I had on the experience section vs the leadership/activities one which i found very helpful, not only today, but just for the future in general. Additionally, he left time at the end for me to ask questions which I really appreciated, and I asked him some questions about consulting as a whole + his experience at Deloitte, and he was very knowledgeable about it all.
