PhD Hires at PwC Advisory

I looked around and didn't find anything answering this specifically. Apologies if I've missed an existing thread answering this!

1) What level do PhD hires enter at PwC Advisory (specifically Pharma/biotech)? I know MBB hire PhDs at the MBA level and some tier 2 firms like LEK, ZS have specific positions for advanced degree holders, but I couldn't find any info in this regard about any of the Big 4.

2) What is the typical starting package like for PhD recruits at PwC? Just curious how this compares to MBB.

Thanks in advance!
