PhD/MBA Resume audiences and interviewers

Hello everyone. I am finishing my PT-MBA and will participate in my school's OCR. I also have a STEM Ph.D. I am like a hybrid of an MBA, Ph.D. and experienced hire candidate.

I am wondering if candidates' resumes would go to interviewers with similar background. For example, more likely MBA consultants screen and interview MBA program candidates. Should I just make it on a par with MBA since I will go through OCR .

Or it might go to Ph.D. consultants. I have a 1000 feet high level summary of my academic achievement but I am thinking about adding a bit more research projects, which might resonate with them.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks.

Wayne
