Prestige ranking among consulting firms
Wondering what are the perceptions of prestige between MBB, T2, restructuring etc.
For me it's -
T2: OW, S&, LEK, EY-P, K
Restructuring: FTI, Alix, A&M

lol nobody cares...they are all the same =P
Vault makes a consulting ranking. People crap on them but they are IMO the best thing we have in the US. The top ten lists on forums usually unravel to:
1.M
2.B
3.B
4.The firm where I work
5-10. Whatever firms are most similar to the firm where I work.
Depends on your location but usually
1 MBB
2 Tier 2 (OW, Accenture, Kearney, LEK) / Big 4
3 Boutique
Incoming MBB here,
When I was applying this was the sort of tier list I had in my head:
T1 - McKinsey > Bain = BCG
T2 - OW = S& = K > EY-P > Deloitte
T3 - Accenture Strategy > B4 > Accenture MC
This comment might be triggering to some Bain, BCG. Deloitte, and Accenture folks.
idk I might be wrong, but this was just my personal view of things
