Protiviti?
Anyone got any insight on Protiviti? I did political science for undergrad and a JD with a focus on regulatory law. I know they do some compliance and litigation consulting, but what kind of backgrounds do they recruit from?

Career Resources
They recruit from alot of non targets , accounting schools. I know they are alot of ex Arthur Andersen.
From an accounting prospective they're not that highly regarded (well below the big 4 and some of other bigger names). That being said a girl from my school went there and liked it. She seemed to enjoy the work and the atmosphere.
I can't really knowledgeably speak about what they do (accounting or otherwise), but the name isn't that great.
Alot of consulting for internal audits i believe
I have several friends who work there and they like it. The people I know went straight from undergraduate business school (finance, accounting, ops, CIS majors).
They work very reasonable hours for consulting, and seem to enjoy the work. I think it is more execution-focused than strategic, but that likely varies by project.
All in all a good company. I think they have good exit options into industry, less so into finance.
they were at my career fair once. i swear to to God the recruiter (not a bad looking chick) was hitting on me.

Hey guys, has anyone heard of Protiviti? There isn't much information about them, even though they are in the Vault Top 50 Consulting. I am looking specifically at the RX/Dispute space.
