PwC Corporate Development as a Service (CDaaS) new offering

I want to ask the forum what their thoughts are on PwC's new Corporate Development as a Service team which is housed under the DDV platform? I hear that it has performed very well and will be transitioning to be housed under Deals Strategy this upcoming July. The team basically gets loaned out to MM companies that want to do M&A but do not currently have an internal Corp Dev team. Their pitch is that they can provide their Valuation resources for modeling and CDD teams for market research while CDaaS operates as the actual manpower to execute the deals and manage internal/external stakeholders. Also is PwC Deals Strategy basically Strategy&?
