PWC Public Sector travel requirements

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows how much travel is usually required for this job, as the job listing says less than 20%. Are there any PwC jobs anyone knows of in the DC area that don't require any travel?

Thank you in advance!

"devildog2067" "Less than 20%" likely means that only ~20% of the cases require travel, not that you'll be on the road only 20% of every week. If you get a travel case you're on the road. Generally not a good idea to recruit for consulting jobs if you're not willing to travel.

This statement is well off the mark, particularly given that many, if not most public sector / government consulting roles rarely if ever require travel. I have quite a few friends who have been at PwC PS, Deloitte Federal, and BAH who have literally NEVER traveled for work outside of the DMV area. Further, these firms will tell you that you will really only travel if you request it, and many times not ever then (especially true for the latter two firms).
