PwC Risk Consulting On Campus - How long is too long?

So yesterday I commented on a PwC second round interview thread and asked how long other candidates have waited to be noticed that they passed the first round. One replied that he/she got noticed the same day after the interview. I feel really worried right now since I interviewed on campus last Friday and it's already Wednesday but I still havent heard anything.

This is a one case, one behavioral back to back interview. I think the on-campus interview generally went well and one of the interviewers who did the case interview even replied my thank you note.

Is it a negative sign that it takes so long to hear back? Cuz I heard that big fours are usually quick and responsive. Need some insight on this.

After my final round for a PwC consulting internship during undergrad I heard back the same day (within ~2 hours). I'd give it a week, if not then doesn't look likely.

B4's are usually quick with their hiring decisions for campus interns and FT hires after final rounds.

EDIT: Crap, this was first round. Give it like 2 weeks to hear back. It took me about a week to hear back after my first round. My case interview was during the final round at the PwC office not on campus - so I misread.
