PwC "Start" (Diversity) Internship -- What To Expect As A Junior Undergrad?

Hey all,

Was just wondering if anyone had an experience within this program, and if there is any differences for the sophomores that attend in comparison to the juniors that attend as both are eligible. If sophomores do well, they will get an internship return offer I read; but what about juniors?

Thanks for your help!
