Retake an 1180 SAT in college?
Rising junior at a top public uni. First-gen high school graduate and college student. Interested in MBB/T2/B4 FT recruiting next year. I got an 1180 on the SAT in high school. Should I retake it this semester or will that look bad?
I didn’t know what the SAT was or that my HS was taking it until two days before (very small rural HS, only three people went to college). I walked in and raw dogged it, no prep or study. Wanted to hear your opinions.
Don’t retake it. If you are dead set of retaking it, Just take the GMAT. Most firms recognize it and it’ll be useful for grad school/PE recruiting if you’re interested. Just make sure you do it in your final year so you stretch the 5 year validity as far as possible.
