Is there a reason Capital One's strategy internship program seems so limited? I can barely find anyone on linkedin

Most people in the ADP are BAs. There are probably 150 BAs vs. 20 SAs
It's a fine program, worse than MBB and comparable to T2 consulting. Not sure where you're seeing a "rise" of this group. Corporate strategy groups don't "rise" and it's still a clear tier below MBB.
