Rising Senior Consulting Recruiting

Hi All,

So, I'll be a rising senior this year at a very, very non-target school located in the Washington, DC area. Currently have a 3.75GPA, and had internships across corporate M&A, investment banking, and am currently in my second year interning in strategic planning for a major Aerospace & Defense contractor (i.e. Lockheed, GDIT). Though I am very thankful with the position I have, I would definitely like to start a career in strategy in more of a generalist role rather than specifically across A&D.

Right now, I am very interested in pursuing strategy consulting, and while I understand MBB is a stretch, could anyone offer insights/advice on how to best my position myself? I recently started reading Case in Point to get started.

Would appreciate any advice anyone can provide!
