Rystad Energy
Hi, does anyone know anything about Rystad Energy, especially their consulting team? It seems to be under the same vertical as Wood Mackenzie, but more specific to energy. They do appear to do quite some M&A/strategy work and get cited quite often, but I would love to find out more. Thank you!
Rystad Energy is a strong boutique consulting house in energy not least because their other business is data/analytics. MBB and big 4 etc. are big customers of their data which allows them to compete on equal footing with more specialized knowledge. They are quite active in the M&A / strategy space, I believe they were advisors on a battery-cell SPAC recently.
Rystad is very well-respected in the energy space. If you're want to hitch your wagon to energy, it'd be a very good place to go
