Salaries after leaving MBB early

I am joining an MBB in the next few months, and I am wondering what would be a reasonable salary expectations if I leave early in the career - 1 to 2 years after undergrad. I am particularly interested in typical salaries for western Europe (think Germany, France...), but having a benchmark from other countries helps as well. I would actually like to stay much longer, but hearing stories of people who were forced to leave after only 1 year has made me worry a bit over this.

I'll have to second this. Having worked with colleagues/ knowing MBB people from Western Europe, it seems like the only people "counseled out" after less than 2 years have fit or performance issues. (Not to say bad things about them, this is highly project/ team dependent.) A bad economic situation could make this more pronounced, but I consider that clear exceptions rather than the rule.
