Should I bother applying to MBB internships?

Currently a junior at a public state university in the US. Will probably be doing an IB SA internship during my junior summer but interested in exploring MBB consulting roles for internship/FT. I have a F500 finance internship from this summer and consulting organization involvements on-campus.

My one concern is my GPA, which is a 3.5. Is this way too low for consulting internship/FT applications? Would I just automatically be disqualified from moving forward in the MBB application process or do I still have a chance?

I have done casing before and comfortable with that skill but very worried about whether my low GPA will prevent me from getting any interviews. Thanks for the help!
