Strategy& 2025 Internship

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. I’m currently a sophomore and just received an offer from Strategy& Deals Strategy for summer 2025. Should I accept, and if so, how would this affect my chances for re-recruiting for full time MBB?

Hey there, congrats on the offer! That's a big achievement. Now, based on the most helpful WSO content, accepting an internship offer from Strategy& is a great opportunity. It's a well-respected firm and the experience you gain there would be valuable.

As for re-recruiting for MBB full time, having Strategy& on your resume would certainly not hurt your chances. In fact, it could potentially boost your chances as it shows you have relevant experience in the field. However, remember that MBB firms are highly competitive, so you'll need to make sure you stand out in other ways as well, such as your academic performance, leadership roles, and networking efforts.

But remember, the bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. You have a solid offer now, and there's no guarantee you'll get an offer from MBB later. So, consider your options carefully. Good luck!
