true but its all relative. i dont think compared to someone else, it shows strong enough leadership
well that's down to you and how you articulate it in your CV and interview. think about the hard decisions you had to make while running your business, any risks you took and being comfortable with the outcomes, leading whatever small team you had, deciding the direction and vision for the business etc. be creative in how you think and present what you did and how it relates to leadership
try not to think too much about other candidates- i'm sure people with less 'leadership' experience than you have been able to creatively articulate whatever limited experiences they had and secured jobs at MBB
Should pretty much get interviews across the board to be honest, not sure if they would have a strong preference upon you getting a first.
I had a similar profile to you but went to far less of a target; however, I was achieving a first. Had 2 interviews at those "Tier 1s" and one of the MBBs. Should be fine.
