Switching from KPMG to Deloitte
I am currently an Advisory Associate at KPMG. I have been with the company for about 1.5 Years. Promotions are coming up and I am unsure if I will get promoted to Senior or not, though I deserve it. I also don’t like my project and want to switch, so that means my chances of promotion would reset. I have been offered a Senior Consultant position at Deloitte, and I don’t know what to do. I love KPMG, but not sure when I will get promoted. I am also afraid of the work life balance at Deloitte, I’ve heard mixed reviews. Nevertheless what do you all recommend? Any tips? Advice. The location is In the Federal sector/Washington DC.
