Switching from Management Consulting at Big 4 to the tech sector

Worked in tech prior to consulting, want to get back into tech. Ideally major name such as Google, my work predominantly centers around tech implementation. The tech culture was a way better fit for me.

Minimal technical background - only two computing courses and previous experience in business intelligence, would like to join the business side.

Is this transition possible 2 years into working at a Big 4 Consulting firm? How would I go about doing it?
