Switching into Consulting from Summer IB
I'm finishing up my summer associate stint at IB. The lifestyle really isn't for me and the work isn't as interesting as I thought it would be.
What do I need to do to recruit FT consulting in the fall? Is it possible?

If I were you, I would just take your return offer and lateral in a year when business picks up- recruiting is brutal this cycle
