Thoughts on Headhunting Firm Charles Aris
Last thread about them seems to be from 2011 so I wanted to get some more recent data. Does any have any insights on working with them to break into private equity from Consulting?
I can't comment on into PE via Charles Aris, but i worked with them on a strategy opportunity. I ended up passing on it after the first round as I didn't think was a good opportunity, but I had a very positive experience working with them. They did a great job screening and prepping me for the interviews.
They annoyed the shit out of me. Repeatedly called me. Called me multiple times a week. Wouldn't stop until I told them to remove me from their list. Then a new person would start calling me. Wash, rinse repeat.
