Thoughts on Insight DGS out of undergrad?
How’s the role out of undergrad? I’ve heard it’s similar to an MBB DD role in terms of type of work, but how’s it in terms of personal development, work quality, and also name/prestige/exit opps?
How would it compare to taking a consulting role with T2? MBB?
Thanks!

Are 2024 dgs offers out already?
from a couple of good friends of mine who ended up there, one straight from undergrad as an analyst and other out of banking as an associate - it's a well-established program, clear career progression, relatively good WLB (9-7 most days), and pays like 30% more than MBB right off the bat. very strong brand within growth, it will be impressive to anyone who matters within tech and/or early-growth stage buyside.
this is NOT a path to an investment seat at the firm, but it can be good preparation for buyside roles outside of the firm, similar to how doing DDs at MBB can be useful for buyside. it is also absolutely somewhere you can make your career at, if you're good at the work and find it fulfilling
