Thoughts on Mars & Co?
Does anyone have any information on how Mars & Co is a firm? I have a phone screen with them, and I've been having trouble finding information on them online.

Solid boutique, very well known in Europe and growing reputation in the US. Technically a generalist firm, but heavy focus on FMCG and strong relationships with a handful of key clients. Quite analytical and data analysis drive as opposed to being highly qualitative (split is probably 70 quant, 30 qual). As you probably saw, they don't release a lot of information about their work or operations - they like to be quite secretive. Is this for London?
I'm interviewing for the Greenwich office in CT. Do you know how interview process works at all by chance?
Not sure how much it differs between the EU and US, but it'll be your standard 2-3 rounds (3 in your case since the phone screen can be considered round 1) where you discuss behavioral questions and cases. The phone screen will likely just be behavioral questions.
