Tier 2 Consulting to MBB After 1 Year?
I am curious to know if MBB firms ever hire consultants at Tier 2 firms after 1 year of work (and how to initiate that process if that is the case). I received final rounds at 2 MBBs during my senior year of undergrad but didn't convert either and ultimately ended up accepting a return offer at my Tier 2 shop post grad.
I've worked here (S&/OW/LEK) a year now on a variety of projects, mostly CDDs, and now want to lateral to a MBB shop for better exit opps, particularly in PE. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
