Yeah, that's pretty much a list of things that can't be shared. Not that any of those topics are super top secret or anything but consulting firms generally confidentiality very seriously and don't look kindly on those who circulate proprietary documents such as those.
Oh ok, gotcha. I mainly just wanted to see their powerpoint slide prep and formatting. I am presenting to some Bain guys in 3 weeks, and wanted to use their format. I know the content and how you present is more important, but I also wanted to impress on the little things.
A couple (non-proprietary tips): Make it so that people could basically just read your slide titles and understand your presentation. Try to make one point per page (i.e. cut down on the complex charts/graphs).
Read this book and you will be better than Bain consultants.
