Transfer Majors

Hey guys, I wanted to get some advice regarding possibly recruiting for consulting and transferring schools.

I'm currently a rising junior at a non target school in Arizona. I have a 2025 sales and trading internship lined up at a eurobank think(BNPP,DB) but my end goal is to break into VC. I ended up striking out on IB recruiting but I am considering MBB consulting or even big 4 to make the jump to VC

I recently got admitted as a junior transfer to Vanderbilt and Boston University. I am heavily leaning towards Vanderbilt but I would have to switch from my current MIS major. I was wondering what your thoughts are on ECON, Human and organizational development, or even philosophy/history majors for recruiting at vandy. I will most likely compliment any of these with a data science minor. Personally, I don't like Econ very much but I dont want to have a bad major for recruiting. Any thought on if my major would matter at vandy for MBB?

On another note if my end goal is to break into VC, should I just stick with my S&T internship and try to latreral to IB within the bank?

Let me know what you guys think
