Your Resume should never be longer than 1 page. Cut some clutter.
^^Done... I'm worried it might look a little cramped though.
Your fluff to impact ratio is very very high...lots of fluff, low on impact. Let me provide some examples:
Your "gift for problem solving" and "analytical mindset" "often gaurantees that you find the correct answer" but not once in your resume or cover letter did you demonstrate that. When were you analytic? When did you find the reight answer?. In about 40 words, you said absolutely nothing that demonstrates that you'd be a good consultant. In fact, you did the opposite. I often have 40 words to communicate the result of a month of work. You used 40 words to communicate effectively nothing. I would estiamte that you could eliminate over 50% of the words in your cover letter and still say the same thing. Try it and you'd be surprised.
"My skills in organization and project management have led me to leadership positions in the medical school and the greater community." > Organziation and project management are not the skills that MBB hires for. This is a job about finding insights in complex areas and influencing people to unlock the potential value. Find your skills and experiences that highlight your ability to find insight and drive change.
"In each role I have strived to go above and beyond in order to leave a personal impact on my school and my community."
> This reads like you put in lots of effort, but unfortunately, you don't get graded for effort in this job. Turn your statements around to demonstrate impact. What was your "personal impact"?
I don't mean to diminish any of your involvement, but my honest assessment is that you are stating the things you've done, but not the impact you've had. When I read your resume, I'm convinced that you are capable of performing tasks, but I'm not convinced that you are able to drive to the answer on your own. Think about what you've done and re-work how you present yourself.
