What year are you in school?
I wouldn't look at BBA+MSF any different than 4-year BBA+other major. Doesn't really make a difference to me - you just need to make sure you have a high GPA, solid leadership positions with recognizable ECs, and, to the extent possible, prior internships (and even then, I wouldn't really care all that much about sophomore internships...)
