WFH Life for Consultants

Following up on all the horror threads out there on how 1st year IB analysts are quitting b/c WFH onboarding, training, life, etc. sucks.

Curious to hear how new associates and other junior ppl in the consulting world feel about their virtual experiences so far. How many hours are you putting in? How much face time do you get with managers? Do you feel like there's been any sense of camaraderie with other juniors?

Some of this is out there on Fishbowl, but interested in what WSO has got to say on this.
