What are the two firms? Which firm is more aligned with what you're interested in doing as a job?

Have you asked your current offer firm if you can switch offices?

If you cannot switch firms and have no preference between the types of work the two firms do it seems pretty reasonable to consider the other T2 in order to pursue a more enjoyable several years in a city you prefer and get seemingly better WLB, but pay and specific brand strength are important factors and do vary considerably between T2 firms

My guess is you want to move to one of NYC/SF because most of your recent grad friends are moving to one of those cities. I would say while you can definitely transfer in a few years, a lot of the fun is right after college in those cities because after a few years, people start moving around/switching jobs so the fun in these cities with your college friends can often be concentrated in the few years right after college. If this is your situation, interview at the other firm.
