What are some pet-peeves you have had with consulting interns, and conversely, what are things that interns do that get them return offers?

I'm starting my econ consulting internship in less than a month, assuming I passed the background check. I'm wondering whether anyone has supervised any interns and can comment on pet peeves they have with them along with things that get interns hired.

Also, if anyone has interned in consulting (economic consulting specifically) and got a return offer, what do you think got you the offer?
