What happens after passing the final interview at Deloitte Consulting?
I was informed that I passed the final interview with Deloitte Consulting recently. But the agent says it does not guarantee that I will be hired, and we should wait till I really get the final offer from then. I know they will do some background checks on me and go through salary negotiation with my agent, but what else? Is there any cases of failing to get the final offer even after passing the final interview? PS: I am very confident about the background check, since I didn't lie about any of my background inclduing previous work, schools, etc.

Not sure what your agent is stating, are you US-based? How does one "pass" a final round without being given an offer? For my Deloitte offer, I received it the same day as my final round. Of course thats not always the case, but you did not "pass" the final round until an offer is presented.
